Pros:
Washer and dryer in unit great location sunlight in front room.
Cons:
Pest control was a problem

Pros:
Landlord was friendly and very responsive to all requests, no matter how small; completed on-site cleanup and provided supplies in common areas.
Cons:
The unit was 6 beds; 1 bath. In retrospect, the amount charged for the entirety of the apt seems to have exceeded the market value. As stated above, landlord was responsive to many requests, but the amount of people living together with one bath--many of whom did not know each other, seemed a bit...inhumane. It's the closest thing to a tenement.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the units properly, reduce bedrooms, maybe add baths, and/or consolidate spaces rather than cramming so many tenants in together.
