Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants at 56 West 125 Street appreciate the great location, responsive maintenance, and friendly staff. However, issues like noise levels, pest control, and thin walls causing noise disturbances have been highlighted. Concerns about the responsiveness of management and occasional malfunctions in amenities like elevators and laundry machines have been raised. Suggestions include improving communication channels with residents, addressing noise complaints, and enhancing building security. Despite some drawbacks, residents value the clean premises, various amenities, and convenient transportation access, making it a decent option, especially for those considering affordability in the city.

Typical nyc building, $180 increase every year on rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building, functioning elevator. Good gym,
Cons:
Constant construction, drilling is so loud, at all hours. Even at midnight. Roaches in unit and pest control is necessary monthly. Rats outside and trash is outside so they run infront of building food. Lots of drug adults outside and feeds and poop from dogs and humans unfortunately.
Advice to owner:
Listen to residents on noise complaints
