    Nice apartments but too hot

    Pros:
    Nice interior and fixtures
    Cons:
    Too hot in the summer. Unresponsive Super. Would make a bunch of excuses and not fix anything
    Advice to owner:
    Install central cooling
    Change the Super

    I liked nothing about it
    Cons:
    They didn’t turn the heat on for about 3 months of 2019 fall/winter. Water was gone most of the times.
