    Pros:
    Pro is, the neighbors are really great people.
    Cons:
    Most things you can think of.
    Advice to owner:
    There is probably stagnant water at the bottom of the elevator shaft because there are always mosquitoes in the elevator and in my bedroom. Treat the water or dry up the water
