Bad building low rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Low income rent stabilized apartments that have many people who have lived here a long time. On site laundry.
Cons:
Dirty common areas, elevator goes out constantly, people smoke in the halls and trash the floors, not enough laundry units, main entrance constantly unlocked meaning anyone can come in with many homeless people sleeping in the hallways

Not too bad but definitely room for improvement

Elevator always working which is great
Laundry room is very convenient
Cons:
Holes in radiators need to be looked at regularly because of mice problems
