Good management but the area is what it is (for better or worse)
Pros
Lars, the landlord is very responsive and kind. The super is not live in but responses to issues pretty quickly. My unit was very quiet so I rarely had any noise issues.
Cons
There were always roaches, mostly dead but some alive. In the summer it gets loud but that's the area. Biker boys, illegal fireworks, police helicopters, lots of screaming kids with no place to let out their energy. It's Harlem. The washer and dryer in the basement also broke down somewhat often and repairs took a long time.
