Not bad, but you have to get used to neighbors

Pros:
It’s well maintained, typically clean, rooms in the back are super quiet even on a busy street.
Cons:
Front facing rooms can get noisy, gangs who live on the block use dirt bikes and play loud music. Kids from across the street somehow like the steps of this building to sit, chill and litter. Neighbors can get nasty because bathrooms are shared. If you’re stuck with a filthy person, it’s up to you to straighten them up because the landlord won’t get involved. Same applies to noisy neighbors, it’s technically a house, so you can hear a lot of what other people are doing, if your neighbor decides to have a call at midnight, you’ll be on the loop.

A gem!

Pros:
The landlord is wonderful! Everything you could possibly want (coffee, restaurants, bars, groceries, yoga) is within a 5 block radius but the block itself is very quiet. The building is SO well maintained and has so much charm.
Cons:
Nothing to be honest, it was perfect.
Advice to owner:
You were wonderful!
