Pros

Spacious, hardwood floors, in unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, lots of lighting.

Cons

Poor responsiveness from owners. Super is not very helpful. Terrible trash management with constant citations. Terrible rat issue with lack of pest control. Feels like complaints go in one ear and out the other.

Great layout, big sunny windows, renovated recently

Cons

The property management does not keep up the outside of the building. Does not take care of the trash or keep hallways clean. Poor insulation on the beautiful windows mean very high utility bills.
