Definitely not the worst building in NYC but absolutely not the best either
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Receives good light - Nice neighbors - Washer Dryer/ In Unit - Nice and Spacious Layouts - Renovated Bathrooms
Cons:
- Heat does NOT work - Constant Package Thieves - Mice / Roach problem - Owner Unresponsive and not Accommodating - Unsafe Area - Directly beside a hospital so very loud - Terrible Water Pressure
Advice to owner:
I would never recommend someone live here with How much we had to battle to get heat and were only given space heaters for a week and then had it taken away. It left a very sour taste in my mouth along with other things that occurred in the building.

Great building, just pray there’s never a major problem...
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are clean, not a bug in sight. The trash is managed well. I love the virtual doorman “doorbell”. Laundry in unit!! Can’t hear the neighbors unless they are in the halls.
Cons:
Whenever there is a major problem the management seems to disappear. They also seem to be under the impression that I as the tenant operate on their schedule. They don’t like to check with you in advance if something needs to be done to your unit. For example I got a call 5 mins before the super showed up for something that “had to be done that day” (it didn’t in fact have to be done that day). Also don’t expect repairs to happen quickly.
Advice to owner:
Don’t act so put out when the tenants ask for something. We’re paying you thousands of dollars the least you could do is be a little more attentive to issues
