    Pros:
    Attentive super, laundry in building, close to parks, new appliances and a/c in my unit
    Cons:
    Occasional pests, pet friendly building so often pet hair on the stairs and in washing machines

    Very well maintained, responsive super, great space for price paid
    Cons:
    Having to go outside to get to laundry room, code to building not shared with tenants
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing to suggest!
