Quiet apartment with kind and helpful super

Cons

Management wouldn’t be responsive even when I had multiple mice in my apartment. They also didn’t send me my security deposit for weeks, and I had to begin threatening legal action. When they did send it, they illegally deducted money from my deposit and never responded to my concerns.
