    Pretty good spot in Harlem

    Pros:
    Pet friendly, affordable, decent amount of space, laundry in building
    Cons:
    Took forever for AC to be turned on in the summer

    Pros:
    Laundry in basement and the small workout area were convenient, and I like how few units there are per floor. The neighbors were really great, quiet, and nice my entire time there.
    Cons:
    As a condo, you had to communicate with the management company / a handyman / often an outside company about repairs, and it was challenging to get things like heat and AC fixed.
