If I had a neighbor, I never saw them. Lots of square footage for the price. Regular exterminator visits and never any pests. Kind accommodating owners/management company. Most affordable apartment in manhattan. Beautiful neighborhood graffiti art. Fun Spanish Harlem festivals and food on 116. Commercial neighbors so pretty private. Right around the corner from an AWESOME under rated elementary school which is an edible school yard demonstration school. Google it!
Cons:
Methadone clinic across the street (only active around 6am.) delivery truck for the dollar store parks in front on idle all night which was annoying.
Advice to owner:
Maybe build in an additional closet in the bedroom?
