    Good spot overall

    Pros:
    Management was responsive and landlord looked out for you, really good guy, building was clean, quiet for the most part, longstanding tenants, rent was affordable, close to train and good supermarkets
    Cons:
    Walk up, stairs were steep, packages were stolen easily, neighborhood could be a bit rough at times and noisy.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep treating your building and tenants well
