    Great building on quiet block, loud neighbors

    Pros:
    Landlords are responsive and reasonable.
    Super is very helpful and nice, able to fix most problems on his own.
    Cons:
    Next door neighbors can be loud in the warmer weather when hosting parties in their backyard.

    Advice to owner:
    When something breaks, don’t do the bare minimum to fix it and not compensate your tenants for the inconvenience
