Do not move in- slum lord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was decent, near subways and transit
Cons:
Pests galore. They have not had a proper exterminator in the building in over 3 years. Was told it was my responsibility (legally, was not). Trash door is left open. What REALLY messed everything up was getting random deductions from security deposit. (Manager deducted 250 for cleaning and damages that did not exist). This place is predatory. Do not rent here. It is cheap for a reason.

Temporarily ok to live there
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to express trains, nice layouts and amenities in apartments
Cons:
Bug infestations inside, outside at night there’s lots of rats and mice directly in front of the building, noisy street.

Responsive Management Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is cute, the exposed brick is a nice touch. The management company/landlord are quite responsive when it comes to issue. We have had only a small problem with cockroaches. Never have had a problem receiving mail, or issues with neighbors.
Cons:
Walk-up Some pest problems
Advice to owner:
Spray more often for pest control

Please save your money
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent sized kitchen Building management has quick response time when contacted
Cons:
*Hot water and pressure is unreliable - constantly try the water and get lucky to shower. *Roach problem throughout our lease time period *Neighbors blasting music that vibrates the apartment at all hours, daily (well into 4am) *Advertising 2 queen-sized bedroom, but in reality is 1 bedroom with an office or less than twin-sized room. *Mail constantly missing by being stolen, or not delivered *Building in rough condition - multiple structure issues within apartment and general public areas
Advice to owner:
Charging fairly for rent, maintaining building, maintaining a good quality of life for residents, being conscious pandemic has increased the time spent indoors - building wide communications regarding excess noise during work/school hours
