    Shady landlords, good building

    Pros:
    No pests
    Quiet
    Good block
    Good location
    Cons:
    Small apartment
    Issue with sublease; was illegally locked out of our apartment. Items were still there.
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t make the super carry out your shady practices
