    A decent plac with a few caveats
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Active email group with current tenants, is great for getting managements attention for solving problems.
    Cons:
    MICE. we've had mice in the building off and on, however there is an exterminator that comes every so often. There have been multiple times the water heater has broken for a day and packages have been stolen a lot.
