    Loud and pest filled apt

    Pros:
    3 blocks from Central Park
    Cons:
    Bed bugs in building around end of December 2020. Radiator spewed steam and black liquid into apt and landlord said they couldn’t get anyone there for at least 3 days. Extremely loud music played from front steps from about 3 pm until 11pm every day.
