Good transportation not safe

Pros:
Public transportation is good also very close central park
Cons:
Apt1 A faces to garbage site, you can not open the window the worst smell comes into apartment
Ruts are having party every night and you can not even walk to deli.
Alao be ready for shootings in the neighborhood
Advice to owner:
Take care of garbage issue and rats
