Nice building to live in

Pros

- Building is very clean. Trash room always spotless and I've never seen a pest - Convenient location next to B/C and 2/3 - No noise issues - Management is chill - Friendly neighbors - Cute rooftop

Cons

- Super is useless. My landlord would hire external contractors because she didn't trust him either - Heat is very hit or miss (too hot or not hot enough)

Great Location, Great Building

Pros

Management is fantastic. Lived there for 2.5yrs with no pest issues at all. Garbage is managed so well and laundry is in the basement. Neighbors are friendly.

The dishwasher needs to be replaced.
