Good area.Near transportation and stores
Cons:
Poor management Hostile towards tenants.Lousy response to repairs being done.Roaches and Waterbugsi in building.Mostly decent tenants but certain tenants are Wratched and Ghetto.Fighting with other tenants on other floors.Management seems to do nothing about this.There have been drug bust in this building due to drug dealing.Would love to move out of this building.
Advice to owner:
Better on site manager.Better building super present one is lousy.Need better security.Should not allow problem tenants to remain in the building.
