    Pros:
    This is a beautiful 1BR apartment with high ceilings and huge rooms (15x15 each), it's 1 block from Central Park, is conveniently located near the B/C/2/3 trains and multiple bus lines. I'm sad that I had to move
    Cons:
    The landlord is not a professional landlord; she's a 80-something year old woman in declining health who is a HORDER which resulted in a roach-infested apartment. I had to hire my own exterminator but he couldn't solve the problem because the landlord was the problem.
    Advice to owner:
    Sell the property to someone who will maintain it
