Pros
This is a beautiful 1BR apartment with high ceilings and huge rooms (15x15 each), it's 1 block from Central Park, is conveniently located near the B/C/2/3 trains and multiple bus lines. I'm sad that I had to move
Cons
I moved out of this building in 2021 bc the landlord was not a professional landlord; she's a 80-something year old woman in declining health who is a HORDER which resulted in a roach-infested apartment. I had to hire my own exterminator but he couldn't solve the problem because the landlord was the problem.
Advice to the owners
Sell the property to someone who will maintain it
