Not the best, could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors, laundry in basement
Cons:
Not the best managed building. Management is slow to respond. Also, rats in the basement.

The worst experience I've had in over 12 years in NYC.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing neighborhood. Great neighbors.
Cons:
Management does not answer any requests. They ignore your calls and voicemails. I had no heat this past winter, and they completely ignored my request for help. When I filed a 311 complaint, they called and told me I ruined my relationship with them, and they didn't see why they would want to help me.
Advice to owner:
Please quit the property management field that you're in and do something else, as you have no ability to actually manage property, or even comply with legal requirements.

Fine if you don’t care about broken stuff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable, near lots of parks. Great water pressure, great apartment space.
Cons:
Extremely delayed response to any maintenance problems. It has taken me months to get things fixed like my toilet running or the intercom (during peak COVID numbers). The elevator is wonky constantly and will get stuck a lot on the top floor or the basement. There is only one elevator and 6 floors so this is extremely frustrating.
Advice to owner:
Better communication mostly and FIX THE ELEVATOR
