Pros:
Staff is really nice, building is well located on the park and the subway.
Cons:
It could be much better maintained, not clean enough, and does not have many amenities.

Definitely miss this place!

Lovely doormen, beautiful building, always clean!
Cons:
Living on the first floor, quite a lot of bugs came in - better transparency around extermination would be great
