Eh it's ok but some issues
Pros
Location is great, super did eventually fix our problems, price was decent for size
Cons
Took way too long to fix a leak in the bathroom ceiling (months) kept just painting over it. Also there are dead cockroaches on the traps in the laundry room that haven't been removed in over a year. When we had a mouse in our apt they just left a bag of glue traps on the door, that's it. I ended up getting better traps and catching the mouse myself
Advice to the owners
Change ur email, give us physical cards for the laundry, CLEAN THE LAUNDRY ROOMS!

It was okay
Pros
It was okay but if I had to do the pandemic in it, I would’ve moved out for sure
Cons
Cockroaches came out of the tub drain routinely. One time a roach fell on me as I showered.
