Scary owner nice building
Pros
Cheap building and relatively clean
Cons
Management was terrible, downright scary. Would reccoment using a lot of caution.

Near Central Park and subway station
Pros
Great location for going to the park and access to the C train. Responsive management. Furnished. Cleaning every week. Near good restaurants and grocery stores.
Cons
Did have a mouse in the apartment during my stay. Location is a little uncomfortably empty at night but the proximity to the subways station mostly mitigates this. Terrible wifi. Hot plates instead of a stove/oven (at least in my unit)
Advice to the owners
Upgrade the wifi if you have not already
