Big apartment with laundry in building, virtual doorman, friendly and quiet neighbors

Mice in the building that are hard to get rid of but the exterminator does come regularly to fix it, small outdated kitchen that's hard to keep clean, bathroom paint was totally peeling from no ventilation, heat is turned on sporadically
