Everything else especially the landlord unwillingness to help fix things and his rudeness toward tenants who pay their rent on time and respect his apartment. Also went without heat for several days during the coldest part of 2022 winter.
Advice to owner:
Be nice and pay attention to your tenants requests. They are the reason you can be a landlord and get paid!
