    GOOD FIRST APARTMENT

    -safe neighborhood
    -close proximity to Central Park
    -my apartment was gutted and renovated
    -in unit washer/dryer
    Cons:
    -walk up, no elevator

    Responsiveness is bad. Mail has been impossible to open for weeks and they haven’t done anything
