Pros

Great neighborhood. Good transit options. High ceilings. The front door usually locks.

Cons

Floors are alarmingly sloped. Kitchenette is an after-thought. The heat uses very dangerous gas burners, but don't worry- they never work! The owner is genuinely impossible to communicate with. ALSO, the building is rent controlled, but the owner will absolutely charge you market rate.
