Old building but responsive management

Responsive management, spacious, dishwasher and washer dryer in unit
Cons:
Occasional cockroaches, winters can be chilly because windows are super well sealed, package theft happens once in a while

Cons:
The heat was broken with no effort to fix it the past two winters until my neighbor’s pipe burst. There were mice and cockroaches in the building and the windows didn’t close all the way.
