    Super is great

    Pros:
    The super does a great job keeping the place clean and garbage sorted. Most neighbors in the building are respectful.
    Cons:
    The management office is terrible. There is an ongoing mice problem. Packages go missing quite often.
    Advice to owner:
    Improve security and change management companies.

    Good and Bad Near The Park

    Pros:
    -Proximity to B/C train station and the park is unbeatable
    -Quiet residential area around building
    -Neighbors are friendly and lots of families with kids
    -Laundry in building is cheap (5/6 dollars per load on average) and never too busy
    -Grocery store 3 blocks away
    Cons:
    -Package theft an occasional problem - I had 2 different packages stolen and others in the building had as well. Not sure if it was someone living in the building or if it was an outsider.
    -Live-in super is very kind but is incredibly old and has trouble hearing + performing intensive tasks efficiently
    -Pest control needs to be more frequent in this building - I had a roach problem on and off for months in my kitchen and saw others had mice and spider problems
    -Vestibule almost always smelled like piss and building was very hot in the summer
    -Heat temperature in unit is uncontrollable and extremely loud cracking/popping pipes that woke me up at night sometimes
    -I dealt with 2 different leaks in my bathroom ceiling and wall within a 3 month span and the response to fix it was very very slow
    Advice to owner:
    Get a younger super, install cameras in the vestibule for building/package security
