Rat infestation in garbage Super slow to respond to maintenance Mice infestation in apartment Mold and pipe issues

Pros:
The neighbors who I met were very nice I had an apartment in the middle of the building and didn't hear any street noise Prices were affordable The super was pretty responsive
Cons:
Occasionally found cockroaches inside Lots of rats outside (but thankfully never inside despite being on the first floor) Pretty much no sunlight in my back bedroom
