Good for heavy sleepers

Pros

Clean, good super/doorman, in unit washer/dryer

Cons

Extremely loud and disruptive construction, sound of water running through pipes is EXTREMELY loud (can hear it through earplugs, white noise, etc), so the two things together means you have no control over your sleep schedule. Outweighs all the pros by far

Be honest about the construction and how long it is going to take

Awesome apartment in great location

Pros

Great prewar charming building, renovated apartment, quiet and convenient location.

Cons

Since it’s a condo building fees for applying are high. The AC wasn’t working when we first moved in but will be fixed after winter
