Cons
Pest, no control over heat thermostat, stoop parties past 3 am on weekdays, children running above your head whenever they’re not in school.
Advice to the owners
I would advice the owner to use the money that they’re pocketing to instead put it towards the conditions of the building. When informed about trouble with Pest, pipes, and other apartment amenities, myself and my roommates where given the number to a fraudulent superintendent and still never received any pest control. I’ve lived here for over a year.
