    Excellent porter. Terrible super, rude management

    Great location. Close to train. Safe neighborhood
    Cons:
    Rats in the basement. Expensive in building laundry. Problems with hot water on occasion
    Advice to owner:
    Have a nice and approachable super. Fix the rat problem in the basement

    Advice to owner:
    Make the dryers cheaper and not cash only (they’re brand new)
