    Pros:
    Landlord / owner lives in the building so you can really see the detail and care that goes into the building. He is very responsive, friendly, and good at what he does. He is helpful even beyond his duties. Never have had a pest problem, exterminator comes once a month on the dot! Someone even comes once a month to vacuum and shampoo the carpets!
    Cons:
    Location is kind of a deadzone but still have easy access to anything you need
