Cozy corner spot on UWS!
Former Tenant
Pros:
My unit was very recently renovated and has a kitchen with space for a dining table, good closet space, spacious bathroom, stable non-creaky floors, lots of light, and is overall a comfortable place to live, cook, work, or host friends. The owner was very helpful during the application and moving process. Neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood has great access to stores, restaurants, parks, and subway lines.
Cons:
My floor is a bit sloped, which can be inconvenient for office chairs; and you may be bothered by noise from outside traffic or upstairs floors.
Advice to owner:
It's a very nice building, just keep it up!
