Large apts, great views, excellent location, rent stabilized, management co. Uses and App for payment and maintenance requests

Cons

Continued maintenance issues inside apt and with lobby security entrance. Dirty lobby/elevators. Unresponsive to maintenance requests on app. No email address provided. Sends maintenance contractors at random w/o notifying residents
