Slow internet speed - limited to slow speeds due to old building internet lines

Solid affordable housing with great space

Pros:
Huge space for the rent, super is extremely responsive, easy to get to class if you’re a student (especially law student)
Cons:
Laundry machines and elevator frequently break. No separation from Columbia.
