Awesome building with great management

Pros:
The building is wonderful, the owners have been routinely updating various things to make living here a more comfortable experience, and they are very kind and responsive which is always a plus.
Cons:
Sometimes people smoke in front of the building which is okay they don't disturb anybody but I don't like the smell.
Advice to owner:
Zvi you are the best!

Wonderful location, friendly and quiet neighbors, management is usually responsive to all questions/concerns.
Cons:
Need to control roaches in building. Building requires a lot of maintenance (on going water leak in lobby for a few months). The hallways/common spaces need to be cleaned.
Advice to owner:
Control roaches. Fix issues like water leaks. Clean common spaces.
