    Great building, slight noise issues!

    Quiet Apartments (if not facing street)
    Great area (steps away from 1 train)!
    Cons:
    Construction often occurring
    Largely cannot hear neighbors, but can sometimes hear them cough or sneeze.

    Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice amenities, very conveniently located, cozy feeling
    Cons:
    The walls are hear through and I could hear my neighbor sneeze. There’s been work going on for the entire 2.5 years I’ve lived here.
