Do not rent!

Pros:
Cute building with lots of space, convenient location.
Cons:
Constant small bugs in kitchen regardless of cleanliness. Building provided occasional pest control, but never made a difference.

For a 9 month span 2023-2024, the entire building had no cooking gas. Management provided hot plates but no rent reduction was offered. Maintenance to restore the gas was deeply disorganized and inconvenient, management needed access on several scattered days for weeks.

Would not recommend living here.

Pros:
The live-in super is very responsive and for the most part very helpful with fixing any issues that arise. Most of the neighbors have been in the building a while and are kind and welcoming.
Cons:
We lost gas for 9 months due to ConEd work without any notice and the building owners refused to decrease rents because of it. The building also has an issue with the water bugs, but they do offer free exterminator services for it.
