Decent Building with Awful Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well priced building with some renovations and a good super.
Cons:
Hallways were cleaning once in three years. Good luck getting in touch with management about literally anything, including resigning a lease and getting your security deposit back.
Advice to owner:
Get a new leasing company.
