Big positive upgrades for this building!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Upgraded camera bell entry system. Cameras on all floors, Packages are safe and monitored by camera in mail area. Upgraded safety entry doors X2. Stairs, hallways apartment doors are painted and well maintained. Good lighting on all floors and all stairs.
Cons:
The video door bell system tends to be glitchy at times. The building is a walk up with no elevator.
Advice to owner:
We appreciate the continued upgrades the good heat the building is providing.
