    Stayed for 2 years, not the worst

    Pros:
    The bathrooms were newly renovated, in unit washer dryer can't be beat, huge rooms, mostly quiet neighborhood, didn't have any of my packages (except once) stolen
    Cons:
    There were mice in our apartment that we had to hire outside extermination for, very hard to get a response to fix things we had a shower that was out of commission for ~1 month, neighbor would track poop into the stairwell?,

    Respond to texts/emails!!

    Large space but poor management

    - Large bedrooms with closets
    - Updated kitchen with fullsize fridge/oven
    - Large kitchen and living
    - Rent controlled
    Cons:
    - Poor pest management
    - Poor repair time (took 1 month to fix a broken shower)
    - Dishwasher been broken whole time and didn't fix
    - Poor management company
    - Dirty when moved in
