everything is pretty good

Pros:
I’m living in an Economy room in this house, and overall everything is pretty good. There’s a grill/BBQ, rooftop access, and a gym — everything I really need. They also host occasional community events where you can chat with neighbors, get to know people better, and enjoy some pizza.
Cons:
The gym is not very large and can feel limited.
Maintenance requests can take some time to be resolved.

perfect balance of affordability and comfort

Pros:
I enjoyed my time at the Central Park Manhattan House. The neighborhood was great for morning runs, and the room had plenty of storage.
Cons:
I would’ve loved if the kitchen appliances were updated, but overall, it was a great experience.
