Renovated but had some foundational issues

4 bedrooms, washer dryer in unit, newly renovated unit
Cons:
Walk up, pest issues and the building was not very responsive

Well kept with friendly neighbors

Pros:
The landlord is great. Very responsive and quick to act. The neighbors are kind. My apartment is decently spacious and comfortable to live in. Pest control comes monthly to spray the building and each unit.
Cons:
It only gets cleaned once a month, not to say it’s dirty since most of the tenants are great! There is a package thief in the building a lot of packages go missing.
