garbage all the way outside below ground, doors not always locked/safe, super/management not very attentive

Overpriced, but nothing wrong with apartment

- Apartment was newly renovated - walls brushed - looks modern, - maintenance is really quick and friendly
Cons:
- Overpriced - Dirty common area (barely mopped) - Not much light coming into the building - Last month rent is free if rent for a year
